GDPR: your data rights

How to contact COORDENADA GENEROSA - LDA about your personal data and ask about tracking on the Forma Flaga website.

Updated: 9 October 2026

1. Controller and contact

COORDENADA GENEROSA - LDA, NIPC 519625072. Rua Direita, 5, Sadoncelho, freguesia de Ervões, concelho de Valpaços, Portugal.

Personal-data requests: info@formaflaga.com, or write to the company's address. This privacy contact does not constitute a statement that a separate Data Protection Officer has been appointed.

2. What you can request

  • Access to your personal data and a copy.
  • Correction or erasure where there is no basis for further retention.
  • Restriction and portability in the circumstances provided by GDPR.
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing.
  • Withdrawal of consent for optional processing without affecting earlier lawful processing.

3. Sending a request

Use the subject ‘GDPR — personal data request’. State the contact you used and what you want us to do. Do not attach a passport in advance: further identification is needed only where there are reasonable doubts about identity.

Example: ‘Please tell me which personal data you process about me, provide a copy and stop marketing emails. I contacted you using [your email or phone].’ Replace the bracketed text with your own contact.

4. Response time and limits

Responses are normally free and provided within one month. Complex or numerous requests may take up to two additional months, with an explanation during the first month. Some information may have to be retained by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; any restriction will be explained.

5. Tracking and email series

Pixels and Metrika load automatically; the notice does not control their loading. See the Cookie Policy for information about restricting tracking. Reply to an email or contact info@formaflaga.com to stop the optional email series. This subscription is voluntary and independent of the cookie notice.

6. Complaints and applicable rules

You may complain to Portugal's CNPD or the competent authority where you habitually live, work or believe an infringement occurred. GDPR, Lei n.º 58/2019 and the cookie and electronic-communications rules in Lei n.º 41/2004, as amended, apply in Portugal.
