- The phone, WhatsApp or Telegram contact you provide.
- Your objective, budget, timing, selected programme and other form answers.
- The page address, website language, IP address, device information and technical information about site use.
3. Why we use data
- To answer your enquiry and prepare the consultation you requested.
- To continue business communication relating to your request.
- To operate, maintain and secure the website.
- To understand site use and measure advertising effectiveness.
4. Legal bases
We process enquiry data with your consent and to take steps at your request before a possible contract. Technical data may be processed for our legitimate interests in website security and operation. Analytics and advertising technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.
5. Who may process data
Hosting, email, technical-support, analytics and advertising providers may process data only as needed for their service. The site currently uses Vercel, Resend, Yandex Metrika, Meta Pixel and DressX.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, available contractual, technical and organisational safeguards are used.
6. Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond, continue relevant business communication, meet applicable obligations and protect legitimate interests. Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
