2–4 weeksVanuatu is the fastest programme in the catalogue: a decision takes about two months and the whole process runs remotely, with no language exam and no required visit. The DSP contribution is fixed by family size — $140,000 for one applicant, $160,000 for two, $175,000 for three and $190,000 for four, then $15,000 for each additional person. That is a turnkey figure: government, administrative and service charges, compliance screening, the licensed agent's work and document legalisation are already counted, so nothing is added later. The CIIP route costs $175,000 for any family size and returns $50,000 to the applicant after five years. A spouse, children and parents may be included. Vanuatu recognises dual citizenship and levies no income tax. One limit deserves stating plainly: the passport does not open the EU or the UK — the EU withdrew visa-free access in December 2024 and the UK introduced visas in July 2023, both applying to passports already issued.
